Important Notes:
1. Our Eco-Perk Packages are very user-friendly, customizable and transferable.
2. Use your Eco-Perks package for regular personal care, or share it with family members. Have your loved ones covered or give occasional great gifts for Customer/Employee Appreciation, Graduation, Christmas, Easter, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparents Day, etc.
3. Personal Eco-Perk accounts have unique serial number and can only be used by the persons included as dependants.
4. Corporate Eco-Perk accounts can be used only in the ways and conditions set by or negotiated with the sponsor (employer or employee).
5. Service providers and retailers serving our packages undergo thorough screening and certification before approved as contractors with Eco-Perks Centre Inc. This is meant to increase customer protection. We prefer to work with highly qualified and eco-conscious contractors. For more info you may read our Disclaimer (please find it at the bottom of this page). Our contracted providers and retailers work under their own company name and book sessions as they have openings in their practice.
7. You are allowed to take your Eco-Perk membership card to other providers and retailers, if they agree to honour them, but we can't help you with any customer protection screening. We still reimburse your receipts as agreed in our contract, but yoiu must ensure that your chosen service provider is appropriately qualified and uses eco-friendly techniques or products. To fully benefit from our customer protective measures, you can always encourage your favourite provider/retailer to apply with Eco-Perks Centre Inc. and become our approived/certified contractor.
